You'll manage a territory for EquipmentShare's construction equipment rental business, focusing on new business development and client acquisition. Your core impact is expanding our customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. This role offers uncapped commission and a company-provided truck or vehicle allowance.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage territory and execute full sales strategy.
- Respond to inbound leads and use CRM systems.
- Develop new business and acquire accounts.
- Conduct sales presentations and resolve customer inquiries.
๐ Requirements
- Proven outside sales experience with a successful track record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- B2B sales experience in construction or rental industry preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
