💼 About This Role

You'll oversee demand, supply, and fulfillment planning for avionics and electronic hardware at Vast, supporting the development of next-generation space stations. Your work directly enables artificial-gravity human-rated space stations and a continuous human presence in space.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee demand, supply, and fulfillment planning for avionics hardware
• Develop KPIs to track material actions and identify risks
• Ensure accuracy of BOMs and master data for electronic components
• Drive timely release of procurement planning messages

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or relevant field
• 2+ years experience in Demand Planning in manufacturing
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
• Experience leading scheduling discussions with multiple stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with BOMs and ERP/MRP/PLM/MES systems
• Prior experience in aerospace, avionics, or EV manufacturing
• Familiarity with EEE component lifecycle management
