💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end People operations at a high-growth AI healthcare startup, from onboarding to office management. Your work will directly impact the experience of thousands of clinicians using Freed's AI scribe. This role offers high ownership and the chance to scale a rapidly growing People function.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own onboarding end-to-end for all new hires
• Run recruiting coordination at a high bar
• Drive offboarding execution and cross-functional coordination
• Maintain People systems data accuracy and streamline workflows

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in a fast-paced, people-facing role
• Proven ability to prioritize in a constantly evolving environment
• Excellent communication skills across channels
• Experience in a high-growth or startup environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Ashby, Notion, or Gusto
• Experience supporting recruiting coordination or candidate experience
• Exposure to People analytics or reporting
