💼 About This Role
You'll join Varicent's Technical Support Team as the frontline of customer success, troubleshooting SaaS products and collaborating with product teams to enhance user experience. Your core impact will be resolving complex technical issues and ensuring customers maximize product value, all while working remotely within a supportive team environment.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot technical problems by collecting logs and replicating issues.
- Communicate progress with clients and update CRM system records.
- Share best practices for Varicent product utilization and deployment.
- Support KPI targets and participate in on-call rotation for weekend coverage.
📋 Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant technical experience.
- Proven experience working with SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL scripting.
- CEFR B2 level English proficiency or higher.
