💼 About This Role

You'll work with Account Executives to accelerate revenue by providing technical expertise during complex sales cycles for lemlist and Claap. You'll lead technical onboarding to ensure customers get maximum value from day one. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Success & partnership.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Run technical discovery calls to uncover requirements
  • Prepare custom demo environments and tailored workflows
  • Lead technical onboarding for high-value customers
  • Collaborate with AEs on complex deals to influence revenue

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years in Pre-Sales or Sales Engineering
  • Strong Salesforce and HubSpot knowledge
  • Ability to run compelling functional and technical demos
  • Experience with automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in outbound, sales tech, or revenue operations
  • Knowledge of email deliverability, DNS, or email infrastructure
  • API knowledge (webhooks, JSON, integration logic)
