Description

You will lead a frontend engineering team, owning the platform strategy, micro-frontend architecture, and delivery excellence. Your work will involve managing people, setting technical standards, and partnering with product and design to build scalable user experiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years frontend engineering experience with 2+ years managing frontend teams
• Strong experience building and scaling frontend platforms
• Hands-on expertise with micro-frontend architectures (e.g., Module Federation)
• Deep knowledge of modern frontend stacks (React preferred) and build systems
• Experience owning large-scale frontend systems used by multiple teams

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of frontend engineers
• Own frontend platform vision and roadmap focusing on scalability and developer experience
• Lead micro-frontend architecture design and evolution
• Own end-to-end delivery outcomes from requirements to release
• Drive adoption of modern frontend technologies and patterns
