You'll manage complex calendars, travel logistics, and sensitive stakeholder coordination across time zones and enterprise customer relationships. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage calendars for the Enterprise Deployment leader across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate travel logistics including flights, accommodation, and ground transport.
• Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and maturity.
• Assist with internal and external stakeholder coordination.

📋 Requirements

• Past experience in executive assistant roles, ideally supporting senior technical or commercial leaders.
• Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities and shifting timelines.
• Exceptional communication skills with confidence interacting with Fortune 500 executives and government contacts.
• High emotional intelligence and discretion with sensitive information.
