You'll support Customer Success Managers in daily client interactions and contribute to improving customer processes for a sovereign cloud provider.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Organize and participate in customer meetings with CSMs
• Write meeting summaries and track follow-up actions
• Contribute to cross-functional CSM process improvement projects
• Analyze customer feedback and improve data quality

📋 Requirements

• Currently a Master's student (M1 or M2) in business or engineering school
• Good communication skills and ability to produce clear written summaries
• Analytical skills to tell a story from data
• Comfortable with digital tools like Slack, Google Workspace, CRM (Salesforce a plus)
