You'll oversee all transportation services for PACE participants at Habitat Health, ensuring safe and cost-effective transport to medical and social services. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and manage transportation model and software
• Oversee daily scheduling, routing, and dispatch operations
• Manage fleet acquisition, maintenance, and lifecycle planning
• Track KPIs like on-time performance and utilization rates

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Logistics, or related field
• 5–8+ years experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet operations
• 3–5+ years in a leadership role
• Knowledge of CMS and DOT regulations

• Master's degree preferred
• Bilingual preferred
• Experience in healthcare, senior services, or PACE programs
