📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience
• Advanced proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment across multiple business units
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, Smartsheet, and PowerPoint
