💼 About This Role

You'll build and implement Airwallex's global social impact strategy as a zero-to-one role within a fast-growing fintech. You'll lead the initiative to drive platform adoption among social enterprises and nonprofits, helping them better serve the world. This role offers the chance to shape a new function with direct support from the President and Director.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop social impact strategy globally.
• Cultivate a robust external network for high-impact opportunities.
• Work cross-functionally to align priorities and implement initiatives.
• Lead platform adoption among social enterprises and nonprofits.

📋 Requirements

• 5-10 years of professional experience.
• Track record of delivering outsized results with high ownership.
• Experience working globally and in new markets.
• Experience in high-paced environments (e.g., management consulting).
