💼 About This Role

You'll lead the organization's first external audit and S-1 preparation for public market entry, overseeing technical accounting and financial reporting. You'll own GAAP financial statements, manage external auditors, and leverage AI tools to optimize workflows. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical accounting for audit and S-1 preparation.
• Lead preparation of GAAP financial statements and footnotes.
• Oversee external audit process ensuring readiness and compliance.
• Manage relationships with external technical accounting advisors.

📋 Requirements

• Active CPA with Big 4 or national firm background.
• 8+ years of progressive technical accounting or financial reporting experience.
• Deep understanding of US GAAP principles and practices.
• Experience preparing GAAP financial statements from scratch.
