Description

You will lead the design and delivery of software for autonomous maritime systems, owning end-to-end outcomes across multi-year roadmaps. Your work directly supports national defense priorities by integrating autonomy, AI, and sensor fusion into next-generation platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Robotics, CS, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Leadership experience in a high-performing technology organization
• Extensive software engineering experience with systems programming and application programming
• Experience troubleshooting remotely deployed software systems
• Capacity to act as technical owner for entire software system including stakeholder engagement and lifecycle management

Responsibilities

• Own customer success through design and delivery of multi-year software roadmap across multiple teams
• Drive architecture selection for robotic systems including hardware, compute, storage, network, and service orchestration
• Contribute to company-wide roadmap for software inputs to autonomous systems
• Lead teams developing on- and off-platform software using various technologies
• Support vehicle manufacturing, deployment, and travel up to 20%
