💼 About This Role

You'll join an experienced team of engineers at the interface between R&D and production operations in our Zaragoza facility. Your work will involve hands-on characterization equipment and standardization of incoming key materials. You'll help solve the thermal limitation at the foundation of AI, cloud compute, and EV power electronics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Verify machined parts and assemblies against drawings and test reports.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement FMEA, 8D, and A3 tools.
• Create and execute supplier improvement plans, including on-site education.
• Author, edit, and audit internal quality assurance requirements per ISO 9001.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 1–3 years quality experience.
• Experience with QA methodologies like DOE, FMEA, SPC, RCCA, control plans.
• Skilled in GD&T, drawing interpretation, and structured problem-solving (8D/A3).
• Knowledge of metals processing, metrology (MSA/GR&R), and CPk analysis.
