🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own product vision and roadmap for the Hadron platform.
• Prioritize and manage product initiatives with clear go/no-go decisions.
• Translate institutional requirements into product specifications and tasks.
• Act as primary liaison between product, engineering, and external partners.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management or ownership in digital assets or financial infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience delivering a tokenization or RWA product full lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of traditional financial market infrastructure including custody, settlement.
• Deep familiarity with blockchain ecosystems and token standards and compliance implications.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with institutional clients (banks, asset managers, financial institutions).
• Ability to interpret regulatory frameworks (MiCA, MAS, SEC, VARA).
