You'll join a global CRO to support a single sponsor, developing SDTM and ADaM datasets using R and ensuring regulatory compliance. You'll collaborate with biostatistics and clinical data teams on clinical trial deliverables. This role offers the stability of a large organization with diverse project exposure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop SDTM and ADaM datasets using R following CDISC standards
• Support TLF generation in R or SAS
• Write efficient, reproducible R scripts for clinical data analysis
• Perform QC checks and reconcile data issues

📋 Requirements

• 4-6+ years of clinical programming experience
• Strong focus on R programming
• Proven experience in SDTM and ADaM datasets using R
• Working knowledge of SAS programming

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with R packages tidyverse, haven, pharmaverse
• Understanding of R Markdown, Shiny apps, or reproducible reporting
• Exposure to GxP validation, Git, and automated workflows
