You'll lead cutting-edge GenAI research and drive model improvements from prototype to production. You'll take research breakthroughs to real-world products.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and optimize data pipelines for large-scale training
• Develop and implement pre-training, mid-training, and post-training strategies
• Create RL algorithms for GenAI applications
• Develop multimodal AI systems across text, image, audio, video

📋 Requirements

• PhD/MSc in CS, ML, or related field
• 5+ years as an AI researcher with applied research
• Experience developing tools and infrastructure for LLM training and deployment
• Proficiency in Python and version control (Git)

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Track record of publications in top-tier conferences
