Description

You will lead client discovery and delivery engagements, redesigning complex workflows and configuring AI-driven solutions on Kizen's platform. You'll collaborate directly with clients to architect streamlined processes and drive measurable outcomes like speed to value and cost reduction.

Requirements

• 6+ years in discovery, implementation, process engineering, or technical consulting
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or healthcare
• Proven ability to redesign complex business processes and configure platforms
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presence
• Familiarity with low-code platforms, SaaS, or automation tools

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery phases and facilitate workshops
• Configure workflows and agents on Kizen platform
• Translate ambiguous business needs into process maps and prototypes
• Own outcomes focusing on speed to value, cost reduction, and adoption
• Produce high-fidelity artifacts and contribute to reusable playbooks
