Description

You will join a clinician-led telehealth company, providing patient-centered mental health care with autonomy and flexibility. Caseloads build rapidly, and you'll collaborate with prescribers in a team format to ensure coordinated care.

Requirements

• Fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or Ph.D.)
• Open to licensing in alternative states
• Significant prior clinical experience preferred
• Experience with diverse populations (LGBTQ+, transgender) desired
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy via telehealth
• Collaborate with prescribers and team members in a team-based care format
• Manage a caseload that builds rapidly
• Participate in regular clinical team meetings and staffing with prescribers
• Maintain clinical documentation and coordination
