You'll join the Sales Compensation team at EDB to administer global sales compensation plans. Your core impact will be ensuring accuracy and timeliness of incentive compensation processes. This role offers the chance to optimize systems and collaborate with global teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer global sales compensation plans and calculations.
• Manage Salesforce SPIFF system configuration and troubleshooting.
• Resolve complex compensation inquiries and disputes.
• Conduct analysis and reporting on sales performance data.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of sales compensation administration experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce SPIFF or similar ICM platform.
• Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas and pivot tables.
