Description

You will lead cross-functional proposal development, create strategic proposals and detailed budgets, and manage key accounts within the Cost Proposals department at a global CRO. Your work will directly improve patients' lives by helping deliver clinical trials.

Requirements

• Previous CRO experience required
• Experience in leading proposal development and cross-functional teams
• Ability to develop strategic proposals and detailed budgets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in training and mentoring staff

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional review team to develop proposals and budgets
• Coordinate contributions from Legal, BD, Finance, PM, and Functional Area Management
• Oversee quality and timely delivery, providing strategic input and quality control
• Train and mentor junior staff, promote staff retention
• Manage workload, participate in departmental initiatives and process improvements
