💼 About This Role

You'll deliver comprehensive medical care to residents in skilled nursing and senior living settings as a consistent clinical presence. You'll independently manage complex conditions, build trusted relationships, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. This role offers clinical autonomy and a focus on quality outcomes over volume.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide primary, urgent, and preventive care to residents
• Independently evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Conduct admissions, follow-up assessments, and medication review
• Collaborate with medical directors, physicians, and nursing teams

📋 Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in applicable state
• Current national certification (ANCC, AANP, or equivalent)
• Clinical training in adult, family, or geriatric medicine
• Eligibility to work in the United States

• Experience in internal medicine, geriatrics, cardiology, or post-acute care
• Active DEA registration or ability to obtain
• Prior SNF, LTC, ICU, or ED experience
