Description

You will serve as the primary point of contact for law firm clients in the Mountain/West region, driving success through needs analysis and tailored solutions. You'll collaborate with internal teams, monitor client engagement, and handle escalations to ensure long-term client success.

Requirements

• 5+ years in customer success, account management, or related client-facing role
• Strong communication skills, including with C-suite executives
• Proven ability to develop customized solutions for enterprise clients
• Experience with CRM and support tools like HubSpot and Intercom
• Legal experience is a plus
