Description

You will lead the development of embedded software for mission-critical aerospace and defense systems, designing real-time software for avionics and mission computers, and providing technical leadership across the full software lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Engineering, EE, CS, or related
• 7+ years embedded software development in aerospace, defense, or regulated industry
• Experience with Agile Scrum and DevOps frameworks
• Knowledge of Jira and Bitbucket or similar Git repository
• Experience with MIL-STD-1553 or ARINC 429

Responsibilities

• Lead development of embedded software using C, C++, and/or Ada
• Design software architectures for real-time embedded systems
• Oversee full software lifecycle: requirements, design, implementation, integration, verification
• Ensure compliance with aerospace and defense regulatory frameworks
• Provide technical guidance to engineers and serve as primary customer contact
