💼 About This Role

You'll oversee Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) projects across business units, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence while meeting regulatory standards. You'll drive a safety-first culture and collaborate with teams to foster innovation and sustainability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement EHS Capital Improvement Plans with timely execution and budget adherence.
• Manage Change Management, Building Code Compliance, and Contractor Safety on all projects.
• Serve as primary contact for property insurance and audit risk management.
• Lead project management and status meetings with stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or facilities management.
• Familiarity with project budgets ranging from $10K to $5M annually.
• Willingness to travel between facilities as needed.

• Experience with EHS regulatory compliance.
• PMP or similar project management certification.
