You'll lead the delivery of mission-ready ground systems for high-speed aircraft, owning the ground control station, operator interfaces, and mission planning tools. Your work will directly impact test and flight tempo for national defense missions with cutting-edge hypersonic technology. You'll remain hands-on while providing technical leadership to a multidisciplinary engineering team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end technical outcomes for ground mission systems
• Lead development of Ground Control Station, HMI, and mission planning tools
• Define interfaces between ground and airborne mission systems
• Drive integration, test, and validation for ground and flight test campaigns

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years developing mission-critical software systems
• Experience designing operator-facing systems or complex UIs
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and system integration
