You'll join the payroll team at a late-stage clinical oncology company. You'll ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with regulations, driving improvements in a fast-paced environment. This role offers exposure to both US payroll and global payroll.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process semi-monthly payroll using ADP Workforce Now.
• Handle off-cycle runs and year-end W2 preparation.
• Serve as primary point of contact for payroll inquiries.
• Assist with new state payroll tax registrations and compliance.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting.
• 7+ years payroll experience in a public company.
• 5+ years hands-on with ADP Workforce Now.
• Knowledge of federal and state labor laws.

• Experience in Workday and global payroll.
• Proficient in advanced Excel (pivot tables).
