💼 About This Role

You'll lead Xendit Group's Finance and Accounting department, overseeing a team of +40 across multiple countries. Your core impact will be driving automation initiatives and scaling financial operations for a rapidly growing fintech. This role offers a chance to work closely with the CEO and COO on strategic growth and IPO readiness.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Scale finance organization across multiple markets
• Lead automation initiatives for reconciliation and reporting
• Enhance cash flow and working capital metrics
• Partner with senior management on strategic financial planning

📋 Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in Finance/Accounting
• 3-5 years leading a finance org through rapid growth
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience in payments, fintech, or technology industry
