Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in aggregates
Strong understanding of production processes
Resourceful, analytical, and creative thinking skills
Commitment to safety and environmental standards
Valid Driver's license

Responsibilities

Network to form relationships for importing/exporting dirt and aggregates
Analyze ways to increase profit through efficient dirt/aggregate management
Propose cost-reduction and revenue-increasing strategies to owner
Locate strategic sites for dirt disposal and aggregates recycling
Coordinate with hauling/logistics companies and negotiate partnerships
