Description

You'll build and design features for MongoDB Atlas, contribute to complex technical projects, collaborate with stakeholders and customers, and participate in an on-call rotation to maintain platform stability.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional software development experience
• Skilled at writing large-scale, distributed backend systems in a compiled language (Go, Java, C#, etc.)
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Led the launch of a new critical feature and maintained it in production
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Build and design new features for MongoDB Atlas
• Contribute to and lead complex technical projects
• Work with stakeholders throughout MongoDB to build roadmap and product offerings
• Work with customers and support engineers to fix issues and be part of on-call rotation
• Collaborate with team members to develop codebase, best practices, and design principles
