Description
As a Strategic Enterprise Renewal Account Executive at Samsara, you will focus on achieving renewal targets for key enterprise accounts, ensuring customer success while maximizing financial results. You will negotiate renewal contracts, develop win/win strategies, and engage in strategic account planning with senior stakeholders, all while working remotely within the US.
Requirements
- 5+ years of quota achievement in renewals or account management
- Experience negotiating complex $500K+ Enterprise/Majors SaaS agreements with executives
- Ability to tactically close deals with high integrity and independence
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent client and executive communication skills
Responsibilities
- Negotiate and execute Enterprise renewal contracts using sound business judgment
- Develop win/win negotiation strategies that maximize contract value while protecting customer relationships
- Engage in strategic account planning with Director+ level stakeholders
- Monitor customer health metrics to proactively identify and communicate risks
- Track and maintain customer data and renewal information in Samsara systems
