Description

As a Business Travel Consultant, you'll be the go-to expert for clients using our travel tool, handling complex inquiries and bookings via phone, chat, and email while ensuring top-notch customer service. You'll work either onsite in Munich or remotely from anywhere in Germany, with flexible shift options.

Requirements

• Completed tourism vocational training or equivalent degree
• At least 1 year B2B customer service experience
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Excellent Amadeus knowledge (rebookings, manual reissues, refunds, queues)
• Native-level German and very good English skills

Responsibilities

• Handle complex customer inquiries and bookings for flights and transport services
• Process bookings, changes, cancellations, and rebookings via phone, chat, and email
• Provide tool support for Lanes & Planes, both content and system-related
• Manage back-office tasks like creating and modifying bookings
• Work during service hours Mon-Fri 07:00-20:00, occasional weekends
