💼 About This Role

You'll lead all aspects of multi-platform content operations for KSDK, the TEGNA-owned NBC affiliate in St. Louis. You'll drive daily editorial priorities and ensure consistent execution across linear, streaming, and digital platforms while coaching a talented team of producers and reporters. This role is key to building a newsroom filled with A+ talent and delivering impactful journalism.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead daypart teams in a 24/7 streaming-first operation.
• Coach producers to execute multi-platform programming.
• Coach on-air reporters across broadcast, digital, and social.
• Lead recruitment for all newsroom positions.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years newsroom leadership experience.
• News Director experience in multi-platform operations.
• Strong editorial judgment and storytelling instincts.
• Proven ability to coach and develop talent.
