πΌ About This Role
You'll own the onboarding and enablement engine for our entire revenue organization, leveraging AI tools and playbooks to accelerate time-to-productivity. Your core impact will be increasing productivity, consistency, and scalability across Sales, CS, and RevOps. This role is a force multiplier that sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and RevOps.
π― What You'll Do
- Design and improve structured onboarding programs for all GTM roles.
- Build continuous enablement engine for product launches and competitive updates.
- Drive adoption of AI, CRM, and enablement tools to improve seller efficiency.
- Measure and prove enablement impact using ramp time, win rates, and productivity metrics.
π Requirements
- 5+ years in enablement, sales ops, or GTM leadership in B2B SaaS.
- Experience building enablement programs from scratch in high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of modern revenue team operations and tooling.
- Track record of driving measurable improvements in ramp time or win rates.
