You'll conduct investigations to identify and assess financial crimes exposure for EQ Bank, ensuring compliance with fraud programs and standards. You'll analyze detection systems and reports to evaluate risks and support insights generation for process improvements. This hybrid role offers the chance to work with a leading Canadian challenger bank.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor detection systems to evaluate suspicious activity.
• Document findings and maintain case files for investigations.
• Support evidence collection for incident reports and litigation.
• Analyze data to generate insights and recommendations.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in Fraud and/or Risk Management in Financial Industry
• 2+ years' customer service experience within Financial Industry
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) skills
• Working SQL knowledge
