You'll own a portfolio of SMB accounts in Spain and Portugal, driving customer engagement and growth. Your core impact will be maximizing Perk usage through upselling and cross-selling while ensuring high customer satisfaction. This role stands out with equity ownership and a strong support system.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own a portfolio of SMB customers and develop high engagement
- Identify growth opportunities and add new business
- Leverage data analytics for client business reviews
- Upsell and cross-sell Perk products to meet targets
๐ Requirements
- Native or near-native level of Spanish
- Fluent level of English
- Minimum 2 years of account management or customer success experience
- Background in SaaS or travel-tech business preferred
