🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
• Conduct monthly P&L reviews and identify revenue opportunities
• Monitor equipment utilization, warranty recovery, and receivables
• Maintain safety standards and compliance with regulations

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years rental industry experience
• Management experience in a rental or industrial setting
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Results-driven mindset with continuous improvement focus
