๐ผ About This Role
You'll run full-cycle recruiting across all functions at a healthtech startup rebuilding cardiology care. You'll own sourcing, screening, and pipeline management, directly growing the team while building recruiting infrastructure from the ground up.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end recruiting across multiple open roles
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
- Partner with hiring managers to define role needs and hiring plans
- Build scalable recruiting foundations like scorecards and ATS workflows
๐ Requirements
- 4โ6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- 2+ years in-house at a startup
- Proven ability to source, screen, and close candidates end-to-end
- Strong sourcing toolkit including LinkedIn Recruiter

- Healthcare startup experience
- Exposure to AI in recruiting
