You'll run full-cycle recruiting across all functions at a healthtech startup rebuilding cardiology care. You'll own sourcing, screening, and pipeline management, directly growing the team while building recruiting infrastructure from the ground up.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end recruiting across multiple open roles
  • Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role needs and hiring plans
  • Build scalable recruiting foundations like scorecards and ATS workflows

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4โ€“6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • 2+ years in-house at a startup
  • Proven ability to source, screen, and close candidates end-to-end
  • Strong sourcing toolkit including LinkedIn Recruiter
