You'll drive innovation on an AI-powered Environmental Health and Safety platform, owning day-to-day delivery with engineering. You'll shape the product roadmap and coordinate among engineering, product, and leadership to ensure alignment. This role offers a chance to champion security and data governance in platform design.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own delivery with engineering, writing user stories and managing backlog.
• Lead AI platform roadmap in collaboration with engineering and stakeholders.
• Create prototypes and execute A/B tests to refine product ideas.
• Coordinate among engineering, product, and leadership for alignment.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in agile environments.
• Proven experience working on AI products from concept to production.
• Experience managing complex multi-agent systems in production.
• Strong prototyping skills and comfort with AI-assisted tools.
