You'll architect and lead the training and development strategy for our growing sales team. You'll own building scalable onboarding programs and delivering live and asynchronous training. This role offers high autonomy to shape a foundational function at a high-growth startup.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Build scalable onboarding and ongoing training programs
  • Develop sales curriculum including playbooks and modules
  • Deliver live training sessions and self-serve content
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, CX, and RevOps

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years in sales enablement or L&D roles
  • Proven ability to build programs from scratch
  • Strong grasp of instructional design and adult learning
  • Experience enabling BDRs across prospecting and sales process

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Built or led training tied to product launches
  • Familiarity with Salesloft, Orum, Notion
  • Data-driven approach to measuring training impact
