You'll own a portfolio of high-priority workstreams, translating leadership priorities into clear execution plans. This role offers high ownership as an individual contributor reporting to the COO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive execution of high-priority operational workstreams and initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional analytics to identify trends and opportunities.

• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities.

📋 Requirements

• 5–7 years experience in consulting, strategy, or operations.
• Highly analytical with data-driven decision-making skills.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional improvements.
• Strong communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
