Description

You will design, lead, and deliver Monzo's stress testing framework, working across the full lifecycle from methodology design to presenting results to senior stakeholders. This role combines strong analytical ability with communication skills to shape conversations with executive-level audiences.

Requirements

• Experience in financial risk, credit risk, prudential regulation, finance, or analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with models and financial data
• Confident presenting complex analysis to senior stakeholders
• Understanding of financial risk and stress testing concepts

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of key stress testing activities including ICAAP, Recovery Planning, and Reverse Stress Tests
• Run models, perform detailed analysis, and interpret results
• Present stress testing results to senior stakeholders and governance committees
• Act as key contact for cross-functional teams on methodologies and outputs
• Design and enhance stress testing methodologies, frameworks, and processes
