You'll define and execute a global community strategy that drives activation, retention, and brand strength for Lovable. You'll build and scale programs like Ambassadors and Campus Leaders, creating tight feedback loops between community and product. This is a high-impact, player-coach role at a category-defining company making software creation accessible to everyone.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute global community strategy aligned with growth targets
• Build and scale community programs (Ambassadors, Campus Leaders)
• Own end-to-end event strategy from hackathons to flagship events
• Develop content strategies showcasing community wins and user stories

📋 Requirements

• Proven track record building and scaling programs 0→1 in Growth, Product, or Community
• Experience with PLG or community-led growth in high-growth tech
• Technical enough to deeply understand and use Lovable
• Data-driven approach to community strategy with KPI setting

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in AI/ML, no-code, or developer tools space
• Background in event production or large-scale hackathon organization
• Familiarity with community platforms (Discord, Slack, forums)
