🎯 What You'll Do
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and offboarding processes
- Reconcile monthly benefits invoices against enrollment and payroll
- Serve as first point of contact for employee benefits questions
- Support weekly payroll auditing and time tracking
📋 Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant HR experience
- Experience with SuccessFactors HRIS
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
