You'll ensure accurate data entry, payroll coordination, and a smooth employee experience. This role offers exposure to HRIS management and benefits reconciliation at a prestigious auction house.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Reconcile monthly benefits invoices against enrollment and payroll
  • Serve as first point of contact for employee benefits questions
  • Support weekly payroll auditing and time tracking

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant HR experience
  • Experience with SuccessFactors HRIS
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
