You'll support 24/7 remote monitoring of EquipmentShare's heavy equipment rental fleet, responding to system alerts and assisting with incident triage. Your work ensures fleet uptime and performance for a company transforming the construction industry with cutting-edge technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor fleet systems and respond to events and alarms
• Assist with incident triage, documentation, and escalation
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve equipment issues
• Respond to branch personnel and customer queries via chat, email, phone

📋 Requirements

• 0-2 years of customer support or technical support experience
• Basic understanding of heavy equipment or mechanical systems
• Ability to work rotating shifts in a 7x24 environment
• Working knowledge of G-Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets)

• Exposure to SQL/database querying or scripting
• Associate's degree or technical certification
