🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead residential sales and marketing strategy as part of the Residential Group Leadership Team.
• Champion end-to-end client-centric experience from first inquiry through post-sale support.
• Develop and execute sales plans, targets, and forecasts across all residential product types.
• Own marketing strategy and community positioning to ensure compelling value propositions.

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years progressive sales and marketing experience
• 10+ years in leadership, ideally in residential construction
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Advanced proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, BuilderTrend)
