Description

You will apply engineering knowledge and design software to create detailed structural designs, models, and drawings for projects across aerospace, defense, education, entertainment, hospitality, and commercial markets. Working under a professional engineer, you'll handle complex engineering tasks, prepare construction specifications, and coordinate with other disciplines to deliver innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution
• Minimum 4 years experience as a Structural Engineer
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, RISA, ENERCALC, RAM, and Bluebeam
• U.S. citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Perform structural design and calculations under supervision of a professional engineer
• Prepare construction specifications and administration documents
• Develop REVIT and AutoCAD drawings from verbal instructions and markups
• Research and interpret discipline-related code issues
• Coordinate with other disciplines and resolve design conflicts
