Description

You will lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP and own the financial systems roadmap at Clutch, driving process transformation through automation and AI to improve efficiency and controls while building and mentoring a finance systems team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 7+ years in financial systems leadership with direct Oracle Fusion expertise
• Proven track record leading ERP projects end-to-end
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency with Snowflake
• Experience partnering with AI/automation initiatives with a controls-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Serve as solution architect for Oracle Fusion, guiding system design and integration strategy
• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP
• Define and own the roadmap for financial systems ensuring scalability and automation
• Drive process transformation across Finance to improve speed and accuracy
• Build governance for data integrity, audit readiness, and system controls
