You'll lead the design, build, and test of next-generation aircraft aerostructures for a high-speed aircraft manufacturer. Your core impact will be driving hardware delivery on aggressive timelines and mentoring junior engineers. This role offers the chance to work directly with the Department of Defense on hypersonic aircraft.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead detailed project planning and drive hardware delivery.
• Transform design concepts into detailed designs including DFM.
• Design full-stack design-to-build-to-test processes.
• Perform structural analysis and report margins.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, aerospace, or related field.
• Strong engineering first principles understanding.
• Hands-on experience with physical hardware.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and GD&T.
