You'll develop and qualify additive manufacturing processes for space propulsion components at a pioneering aerospace startup. Your work directly impacts the production of reusable orbital vehicles and rocket engines. This role offers the opportunity to shape AM technologies from lab to flight hardware.

  • Develop materials maturation plans for new AM processes.
  • Operate AM machines in a development environment.
  • Assist in development of new alloys and powder specs.
  • Support certification of AM parts to NASA standards.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Materials Science or related engineering degree.
  • Laser powder bed fusion and DED experience.
  • Knowledge of aerospace metal properties and testing.
  • Experience in ISO 9001 manufacturing environment.

  • Materials modeling skills (microstructure/property prediction).
  • CAD and simulation software (NX Suite, ANSYS).
